SEED

• Heard of Jesus & God but not really sure what to think of it all
• Have friends who have a spiritual life and is somewhat curious
• At this point in life, begins asking  “is this all there is?”
• Begins to feel unsatisfied even when there is no reason
• May even be asking questions about church, Jesus, God, Holy Spirit
• Are drawn to those who speak of, or exhibit a joy & peace in their life
• Have heard the Plan of Salvation before, but only now is it beginning to make sense
• Feeling in your deepest heart (your soul) the NEED for this Jesus/Savior/God

​SPROUT

• Salvation Has Come! You have accepted Jesus as your Savior & Lord of your life! YAY!
• Feeling lighter, lifted & excited about a life with Jesus Christ
• Zealous to begin to grow in this New Life
• May or may not have a group of like-minded Jesus-follower friends
• Have a bible, but have no idea where to start reading, how to understand the wording, or that there are many different translations to make it easier to understand
• Beginning to attend church during main worship, but after the sermon is over, feeling on your own to figure out how to live ‘good’ the rest of the week
• Learning there is Christian music besides hymns 
• Or you may be loading up on information, but not fully understand how to apply it in real life
• Overwhelmed & confused as to HOW to grow a relationship with God 
• Prayer can be awkward and causes her to question if you even knows How to pray
• New life, old friends, confusion….all can bring discouragement 
• Trying hard to do the right things & not do the wrong things anymore, but feeling like you are failing miserably at times

​SEEDLING

• Upward growth is finally beginning to be evident
• Beginning to bloom in the Christian life
• Learning in small bits from others about living for Christ in this chaotic, real life
• Church services are becoming more meaningful & may find smaller groups to attend also
• Trying to take time occasionally to read, listen or watch devotionals
• Still unsure of ability to study the bible for yourself
• Believes a life with Christ is best, but questions if will I ever be good enough to get there
• Still doesn’t really understand what is meant by ‘hearing God’s voice’

​STAKED (Young Roots)

• ROOTS of faith beginning to deepen &  strengthen
• Upward growth has good momentum
• Church becomes more of a learning & serving time, instead of a need-to-go bore-fest
• Using devotionals, study guides & groups more which is bringing growth in the Word
• Applying more biblical principles in everyday, real life 
• Enjoying learning practical help and tips about studying the Bible
• Hard trials have come but instead of crumbling under the pressure, the faith is deeper & stronger than ever 
• Beginning to read the bible instead of just listening to others interpretation
• Starts to find out that the ‘voice’ of God is not like our voice, but a speaking to the heart & knows it is Him & not your own thoughts
• Fruit is evident in everyday life!  Joy, love, peace, gentleness, faithfulness, ect… beginning to think more like Jesus and it is showing in actions & words​

• Strong foundation of the Word & Biblical Principles
• Bearing much Fruit in all areas of life
• Prayer, Quiet Time is a daily essential now

• Confident of Jesus’s Power in life
• Sees God at work all around & gives him credit
• Joy & Peace shows thru even in the hardest of circumstances
• Shares this relationship with God unashamedly
• Truly wants everyone to find this Full & Satisfying life with Jesus 
• Learning to love the unlovely & how to take the love out to them 
• Constantly learning more of God thru daily walking with Him
• Finds communing with God like her best friend at times
• Seeks out ways to turn around and find others to encourage, love & teach
