How Will Coaching Help Me?~ TESTIMONIAL ~ -- TESTIMONIAL -- I have known Sheila since I was a little girl, so when she asked me if I would volunteer for hours under her as a life coach I jumped on the opportunity. Since I have been meeting with her over the last couple of months, I have learned so much about myself. When we started this process, I thought I would be helping her. It turns out she was really helping me. She asks the tough questions, the ones that really make you think. I didn't like it at first because I didn't want to learn things about myself since I thought I had it all together. After our first meeting I knew there were things that I had to work on and she gave me the tools to open my eyes spiritually. I am happy to say that after a couple of months of us meeting, I finally know how to be still and listen for God. It's still not easy but she did point me in the right direction and help me get the confidence I needed to get to where I am today.
